Our approach
Frank & the Backs supports businesses with an extensive team of seasoned coaches who are all entrepreneurs and previous senior C-level executives. We call those coaches “Backs”, who have specific knowledge of your segments and relevant general management experience to support you.
In short, this is what we do:
- We analyze your company for max two months. This will be done by a relevant Back.
- KPIs will be agreed on and set in an agreement.
- The agreed plan will be implemented and executed in a predetermined period of 6-24 months in a clear and simple business deal.
Meet the Backs
Our Backs have diverse backgrounds, knowledge about different industries as well as a lot of managerial experience, with a lot of passion for what they do. To give you some examples:
You might be looking for a logistical expert with experience in smart mobility? No problem! Do you want to make sure that your costs are low and that your profits increase as quickly as possible? Check. What about the financial controller? Food industry knowledgeable and with plenty of passion for what they do? You got it!
Deal structure
How do we work? We work in a structured manner, so there will be no surprises on either side.
Phase 1
A selected Back will analyze your business for a maximum of 2 months. This first phase is in principle free of charge.
Phase 2
Now we understand what your needs are, an agreement on growth based KPIs will be set, as well as a modest monthly fee and a success fee based on these KPI’s at the end of the contract period
Phase 3
The Back starts to work for you, for the contract period of 6-24 months, and you now can benefit from her or him in your team with all the knowledge needed to make your company achieve sustainable growth.
